Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal to Attend Veterans’ Foundation 10th Anniversary Celebration

June 22 2026

The Veterans’ Foundation is honoured to share that Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal will attend its 10th Anniversary Celebration at the Honourable Artillery Company, London, on 2 July 2026.

The event will bring together representatives from across the Armed Forces community, grant holders, partners and distinguished guests, to mark ten years of supporting veterans, serving personnel and their families throughout the United Kingdom.

Over the past decade, the Veterans’ Foundation has awarded more than £38 million in grants to charities and organisations providing vital support to the Armed Forces community across the UK. Through this funding, members of our military community have been able to access practical assistance, specialist services and opportunities to improve their lives and wellbeing.

The celebration will reflect on a decade of impact, recognise the contribution of charities and organisations working in support of the Armed Forces community, and look ahead to the Foundation’s next chapter.

Jane Gurney, Chief Executive of the Veterans’ Foundation, said:

“We are deeply honoured that Her Royal Highness will join us as we mark this important milestone.

“For ten years, the Veterans’ Foundation has had the privilege of supporting charities and organisations that make a meaningful difference to the lives of veterans, serving personnel and their families across the United Kingdom. This anniversary provides an opportunity to recognise their contribution and reflect on the collective impact achieved across the Armed Forces community.”

Andrew Anderson, Chair of Trustees at the Veterans’ Foundation, said:

“This anniversary marks an important milestone for the Veterans’ Foundation and an opportunity to reflect on all that has been achieved over the past decade.

“We are delighted that Her Royal Highness will join us as we celebrate ten years of supporting the Armed Forces community and look ahead to the Foundation’s future.”
